You betta (net)work!

It turns out it was Bill Gates who saved The Advocate and Out, by providing the $26 million or so its parent PlanetOut needed to keep going. I'd say this makes up for that gay misstep in the past. Actually, Microsoft's history with PlanetOut and as one of the earliest companies with a non-discrimination policy was what made that misstep so shocking in the first place. But now Gates has rebooted and we're good to go—thanks, Bill, and congrats to the employees of PlanetOut.
