Thanks! I use the Weight Watchers points-counting system. I'm so used to it that I don't write them down anymore; they did teach me how to guesstimate what I should and should not eat. I work out 3X a week, just running 25 minutes or so and some weights and abs (to use the term very loosely). But before I curtailed my diet, the working out alone was not enough. Puking is helpful, too. (Just kidding.)
