Well, I sure as heck don't walk up and ask permission! :0) But many are done pretty obviously. People are not aware that they may be attractive or interesting enough to be photographed.

I have no idea if they're gay; more likely, none of them are. The feature is "GUYdar," not "GAYdar." They're just cute. :)
