50 Going On 33
Madonna has effectively turned back the clock recently. I was at first reluctant to believe any kind of intervention was possible due to her insane touring schedule...but somethin' is going on.
She's looked good on the tour so far, much better than earlier this year when she first had injections/some kind of lift/cheek implants/or whatever, but suddenly, overnight, Madonna looks 16 or 17 years younger (compare to images I've gathered from 1991 and 1992).
I love these images of Madonna at a UNICEF dinner (finish everything on your plate, kids are starving in...well, not in China anymore, let's say Detroit) because she looks fantastic, that color is one she never wears but that looks great on her and the hideous dress is like old-school, experimental Madonna—remember the Gaultier tutu from Cannes? I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing her like this. She really should be single more often...it really works for her. Whatever or whoever she paid for this particular face...deserves a nice Christmas bonus...they got it right. When I first saw her I thought it was someone who resembled her but then I realized it was a younger Madonna. Stunning!
Now...when does she start talks with Rihanna about doing a duet...why cant she be more connected with Rihanna (let Britney go for now). Guess well see...she has that look on her face like shes working Rihanna in these pics....I bet something will come of it.

I agree John, Madonna needs to get over Britney. Personally, I think a Madonna and Lady Gaga team would be beyond fierce.
Madonna just needs to get off the Britney train and get on the Lady Gaga supersonic express.

When I saw these photos online late last night, I had this overwhelming emotion of oh my god at last! She had not looked this good, this fun, this interesting in FOREVER. Of course the dress is a mess - its supposed to be. This is our fashion forward, slinky, provocative muse back in action, smiling, being playful - look at that body language! - and generally seeming to ENJOY the attention.

Only thing missing are the dark roots, but hey, that hideous dress makes up for it... suits her like the outfit at Almodovars Party back in 1990:)

She might have old lady hands...but she has ALWAYS had working girl nails...trimmed..neat and colored...but she knows not to do those long nails. That was always my comment about that shot of her for the song Vogue...all glamour but her nails were SO working girls nails.

She looks soooo good. Finally. At the LA concert up close she looked like a 90 year old lady to me. Here she has somehow lost 60 years! Well done. And apart from the fact she's wearing astroturf (which I secretly love) she looks hot. Damn you Guy Richie making her an old lady when she was with you

I´m so glad she has never opted for those hideous nail jobs. I like the fact that she is too sensible and hard working for that crap. Although I think she did have them for her small part in Girl 6.
Ben I agree about Guy Ritchie. Heck hasn´t the man always dressed like someone far older than he really is. He looked liked her Grandpa at the Cannes premiere.
