"And Turn That Light Off!"

To back up my comments on the rumors that Madonna hated her Hard Candy packaging shoot, here are some more outtakes—clearly unretouched—that reveal some of the concepts were not Klein's best and that Madonna looked like shit in a freezer at the time. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, date-wise (Joe?), but I really think Madonna's major surgery (which occurred prior to her Berlin trip) happened AFTER she completed this shoot, and possibly because of it. I think she saw this stuff and said, "Bloody hell!" and did the eyes and cheeks more. This could explain why she foolishly had work done immediately before being so public—it was an impulsive, unexpected decision.

All speculation.

There are scads more, but I can't post them all.

Granted, NOBODY takes good shots all the time; there are always outtakes. But these are, in my opinion, the worst studio shots of Madonna I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of unretouched stuff. Even the less gross ones of her lying on silk are pretty bracing—she looks like she is in a coffin!

I also hate seeing evidence that she has breast implants, but she does. I believe these were installed when she got older to regain the shape of her breasts. No 50-year-old Mama has Madonna's great boobs, even though Madonna's boobs were always real and perfect when she was younger.

Now for some happier shots, how about these from her American Life-era Vanity Fair shoot? Lovely. (Also already retouched, so an unfair apples-to-apples comparison.)

I kinda feel bad for Madonna that leaks are so common these days. Who knows what abysmal outtakes exist of shoots even from her younger days. But if we fans are hungry kittens, eagerly lapping up the milk Madonna more often delivers, we fans are also maggots and we must feast on the dead flesh as well.

I absolutely love the McDean outtakes. Even retouched. The "veil" photos are amazing. I love the detail to her eyes.

I'm not so fond of the Klein photos except for the one with the M-Dolla ring in her mouth. However, that beauty blown up in it's full glory shows a bit more of Madonna than most men, gay or straight, would like to see. (re: madonna's moustache).

Have you seen the McDean contact sheets?? Damn near perfection, I tell you. I compare it to that era's re-invention of "Vogue". Those photos offer much attitude and posing. Stunning.

Oh gosh, I just spit up my dinner over these picts. They are really bad. But, even Madonna's bad moments are more interesting than most of her peers' good moments.

As someone who has ragged on Madge for her surgeries, I have to say I don't think breast *implants* would be one of them. I cannot remember the name of the procedures, but Tina Turner once put it as "having things put back in place" and that would seem to me more what Madge has had done. Her bust doesn't look increased, just adjusted (to me anyway).

Marty: You mean just a boob lift. That could be, but that would be the bare minimum. Her breasts have not gone untouched; sorry, with the arms THAT striated and lacking in fat, her titties would not stay giant and plump. But that lying-down-dead photo to me looks exactly like how implants would lay. I just don't believe her boobs are the same boobs they would be at 50. I first really noticed this during the Roseland show. They're so plump and happy. I will say this—whatever she did to her boobs, and she did somethin', it was worth every penny. They do not look fake, they just must BE fake based on her age.

The rest I continue to mourn.

I love the McDean outtakes. I really hated that VFair cover, though...it was so boring!

these are not leaks, i think they are purposfully been released quote un quote by klien and madonna.
remember they didnt want anyone to see the images of the wedding? and they didnt. up until someone decided to take photos from her photo album , were they ever printed.
these , like the 2006 confessions outtakes were added to kliens agency's database were u can have full access to them with a password.

clearly she has had some kind of implant. nobody...NOBODY...has boobs like that after carrying two children at close to 40 years of age.

I'm not certain that Madonna really has implants. There is one outtake with a nip slip and, to me anyway, it just looks like a pale, flat, 50 year old tit, though obviously I'm not expert. Even without photoshop, tape and padding can give the illusion of boobage.

Also, my friend and I both noticed that Madonna's breasts had basically disappeared during the S&S tour. Her insane exercise routines had basically eliminated all remaining fatty tissue making her really, really flat - something she's never been, and would never be if they were fake.

I feel this is a problem when you start having work done on your face...parts of your face start to age and parts remain bloated from work you had done and it make you appear even worse than you would normally. This is usually why people who start with a "little" work end up with major work in a short amount of time. Her pictures are even worse because she still insists on doing the "sexual thing" in EVERY photo... I just want her to release a nice, normal CD with an image of her and good music. Will it sell..sure...will it sell as well..probably not...but it'd be refreshing to know she'll age a little more gracefully.

While Steven Klein might have photographed her really well in the past, it is obvious that this work is uninspired and she is just as bored with the whole project. The result is just bad images with terrible hair, makeup, lighting, and wardrobe.

you dont recover from facial plastic surgery in 2 weeks!
shes been injected with botox and fillers, but surgery is out of guestion because she hasnt been out of spotlight long enough to recover.

and as for her tits. take a look at her early 80s nudes. def the same size tits! the armpit hair is now gone but still the same tits!

fb: I'm sorry but if you believe Madonna has only used injections, you're just not looking at Madonna. She had SURGERY just before she appeared in Berlin. Her face was swollen and it wasn't just from fillers. She has giant cheek implants (not just injections into the cheeks) and there is at least one really great candid from prior to that surgery showing a scar on the side of her forehead that leads me to believe she's probably had two relatively major rounds of surgery. Your face does not do what Madonna's face has done without the help of a knife.

I've never been a huge fan of Klein's work with Madonna - even though that magnificent red dress from a few seasons back eventually grew on me. I think he tries too hard to be edgy and abstract and while it may have worked once with Madonna, everything after has paled in comparison, particularly this gruesome shoot. It's all wrong on so many levels. As for the work she's had done, I'm still mourning over it, because I thought if anyone would defy that Hollywood trap it would be Madonna. The new Klein images from the Brazil shoot look slightly more promising, if only because they're in focus...

I dont think even Madonna recovers from facial plastic surgery in 2 weeks.
I read a magazine article where plastic surgeon was interviewd about Madonnas face and he said she looks like shes gotten some restylane injected but not surgery.
and i have to agree. not because what she looks like but because she absolutely could not have recovered from such surgery in 2 weeks!
the scars and bruises she got are from the injections. if a person gets facial surgery they get more than just one scar and couple of bruises out of it.
not even Madonna is superhuman and heals in couple seconds.

fb: I'm sorry, but her eyes are pulled STRAIGHT UP at the corners. I could find a dozen images that show telltale signs of surgery, but the most telltale is ANY image of her face lately. I for a long time assumed she only had injections, but her cheeks have remained hard and prominent even as she's lost weight, so she's for sure got hard implants in there. Pre-Berlin, she absolutely had an eyejob, minimally. Madonna has absolutely gone under the knife, probably more than once. Yes, lots of fillers and Botox are used, but her face is not the same and it's more than that. Your theory of her not being out of sight doesn't work because the first image of her just prior to Berlin was clearly surgical. I think her whole fucking face looked swollen when she posed for that photo call in Berlin, actually.
