Brolin, Brolin, Brolin, Keep Them Dawgies Brolin

From Arena (December 2008), Josh Brolin poses for Matthias Vriens and discusses his job  playing George Bush in W as well as imparting this bit of insight regarding his award-winning part as Dan White in Milk:

"I remember Richard Jenkins said to me when we were making Flirting With Disaster, 'Why the fuck do you need to like your character?' and he was right. That's true of Bush and Dan White. You just need to find an understanding. And when you start your career, these are the characters you want to play."

I'm glad he didn't find a way to like Dan White.
