Swimmers have the most attractive shape of all sportsmen! Unless you have been swimming 5 hours a day since the age of 8, the best way to get muscle in the right places is with weights and the right cardio program.
If your goal is the classic V shape, six pack and broad shoulders, then you need to focus on nutrition and the right type of exercises.
