Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka show off their newborn twins in People (January 10, 2011), just like any other A-list Hollywood couple would. Harris describes the process of finding a surrogate:
"We found an egg donor anonymously through a hilarious process of looking at people's profiles and then an amazing surrogate who had helped a same-sex couple before. And then we inserted two eggs, one with my sperm, one with David's sperm and they both took."
Each daddy praises the other's skills so far.
So adorable I can hardly breathe.
And so are the babies.

Wow, what were the odds that each would be a daddy of one twin? I must confess to curiosity about who is the genetic dad of Elton John's kid.

Isn't this Burtka's second set of twins - he had a set with some other guy?

His ex (deceased I believe) had adopted twins, but Burtka wasn't their father. They're now grown and he's still involved in their lives to some degree.
