It looks like /baskit/ is bulging—its 2011 campaign features rugby sigh-con Nick Youngquest. Their slogan for the season is "it's all about the details," and being the conscientious fashionisto that I am, I spent quite a while examining the images they sent me.

the -ista ending (in italian; and i assume this is an italian calque--is it?) is gender-neutral in the singular, and gender-specific in the plural (isti/-iste); so "fashionista" either way?
