Paul Ryan says, flat out, that "the method of conception doesn't change the definition of life." Therefore, rape is just another method of conception. Therefore, a woman should not be allowed to have an abortion if she's raped, nor should a young girl be allowed to have an abortion if she's impregnated by her father—no exceptions for rape or incest.
