National Enquirer (November 8, 2010) has a total hard-on for Jeremy Renner—in both senses of the word. Having already outed him earlier on, they're now saying he has a "man-crush" on Tom Cruise.
"As The Enquirer reported, he's fanned speculation about his sexuality by refusing to address the reports that he's gay, while three-times-married Cruise has also been dogged by apparently false gay rumors."
One correction: If Renner's gay, it's not a man-crush, it's a crush.

Jeremy Renner is on and in Men's Health (September 2010). In it, he talks about a fussiness for clothing that doesn't show up in his casually masculine appearance:
"He'll have a plain white shirt altered by a tailor. 'It's like building a house, or anything, really,' he say. 'That's just how my mind is built. I think about the shingles on a roof or the piping on a couch or the leather on a jacket.'"

Kristoffer Winters, a 31-year-old New Jersey native and an actor (he had a small part in The Hurt Locker) in his own right, is definitely Jeremy Renner's partner; it's just a matter of figuring out whether they're partners in love, business or both. According to a January 30, 2010, piece in the L.A. Times, the guys had owned a Hollywood Hills home together since 2008 that they refurbished and were recently able to sell for over twice what they paid (nice in this market!).
