Elton John's Oscar party was dripping with gay men and/or men that gay men find attractive. Above, that's Matt Morrison, Chace Crawford, JC Chasez and Colton Haynes (the latter of whom tweeted the pic). Don't know the cutie in the middle or the lovely lady.
The party also attracted Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Ryan Kwanten, Ian Somerhalder and Chris Colfer.
As of midnight last night, it was exactly six years since my first post. It's been a tough thing to keep up with a dayjob and outside activities, and just when I think I might walk away, a valuable connection or interesting opportunity or a kind word comes my way. Thank you all for reading me.
Of whom are you more jealous?
Here are my favorite 100+ posts out of nearly 11,000. Please take some time to read (or re-read!) a couple and tweet or Facebook any you like.

My memory's fuzzy on the exact quote, but I think Liza Minnelli always said NO ONE could sing her mother's signature tune "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" like Judy Garland, except for Matthew Morrison and Gwyneth Paltrow. (If you're not a Judy purist, the latter is available on iTunes as we speak and then burst into song.)
Matthew Morrison chats with Out, talking about his Elton John duet and the LGBT visibility Glee is providing on TV. He also was asked about his stint at Broadway Bares, one of my favorite nights in years (my review here). About Bares, he said:
"It was exhilarating. People don’t know this, but everyone is nervous about going out there, so everyone’s backstage getting drunk—kind of easing the nerves a little bit. I didn’t think of it as a strip show. It’s a performance. And the audience is so into it. They’re all drunk, too. It’s a fun show to be a part of."
Glee hunk Matthew Morrison is releasing his debut solo Mercury Records single "Summer Rain" today at iTunes. No, it's not a Belinda Carlisle cover. It's also definitely not trying to appeal to the ankle-biters, and he's not trying to be someone he's not (no out-of-nowhere rappers, no bowties made of hair).
After the jump, behind-the-scenes video of Morrison performing the song, which is the first release from his upcoming (May 10) debut album...
Tom Brady plants one on his dad
Men are kissing other men a lot more lately. Even the kind of men who aren't just using the kiss as a necessary step toward oral sex.
I remember during the Lou Pearlman days, whenever I'd meet a new boyband, I'd have to do this weird, manly-but-friendly half-hug/half-handshake. The only boybander who ever kissed me on my cheek was straight arrow Matthew Morrison, and that was how I knew he would never stay in LMNT but was instead Broadway-bound. (Yes, this was unnecessary braggadocio.)
It's Matthew Morrison's straightest-ever interview (he's been on hetero-damage control ever since he was ambushed by an Elle journalist who assumed he is gay), but Details mitigates that with his gay-friendliest photo shoot. Meaning he's shamelessly shirtless.
Keep reading to see the entire shoot, including scans from the magazine that were not featured online...
