Yesterday, I slavishly ran over to Rufskin in Chelsea (235 W. 19th), where Team New York was making a group personal appearance in order to raise cash to fight AIDS and to become the biggest money-raisers of Broadway Bares. Not necessarily in that order.
The guys, who were (barely) dressed in Speedos and tanks, served drinks and hawked merch to customers, pointing out that Rufskin was donating 30% of all proceeds from afternoon sales to the cause.

There's always time for art...and for selective cropping.
I was lucky enough to tail (literally) my pal Andrew and two other eye-poppers as they marched on Chelsea, invading businesses and personal space with red buckets that were hungry for cash. You'd be surprised how many hot guys will ignore a fellow hot guy when a request for money is involved, so I encouraged the boys to go after softer targets: We gentlemen past 40 are always willing to chat with shirtless youngsters and can often be relied upon to open out wallets to celebrate the occasion.
The new Gay Angelenos calendar appears to be a daily grind. Starring Jeffrey Hawkins, John Steven Meyers, Tommy Defendi, Duncan Black and Andy Taylor, and shot by Killian Wells, it shows off all the models' best assets in a way that will keep you referring to it 24/7.

For Mother’s Day, we decided to bring you a gallery of clean-cut and baby-faced young bucks in underwear. Well, we hope you and your mom alike thoroughly enjoyed them, but now that Father’s Day is upon us, it’s time to recognize the daddies of the underwear industry.
That’s right! You won’t find any bright-eyed and bushy-tailed boys below, just stalwart and robust men. We’re talking full beards, hairy chests, and bulging muscles—and yes maybe even a little bit of leather. These characteristics are actually quite hard to come by in an underwear model. Let’s face it, most models are smooth skinned, lean and considered middle-aged at 25.
But the daddy models we’ve assembled for you above are chock-full of burly goodness. In fact, they could easily be considered the DILFs of the modeling industry. Of course, make sure to pay respect to your real daddy on his special day if he’s still around, but in the meantime, feel free to take a moment to appreciate our favorite muscledaddies.

It takes two to make a thing go right...
Jaymes & James captivated America as the hunky, relentlessly optimistic duo who wound up coming in second place on The Amazing Race. The guys were representing Chippendales, but they were hoping the million-dollar prize would help with the bills associated with Jaymes's dad's cancer. Sadly, his father passed away in March ("I got the best guardian angel in the world now," Jaymes says), but this duo's deep friendship has kept their personal and professional collaboration alive.
Today, Jaymes & James (who were innocent bystanders when Lance Bass made his concerned comments about Amanda Bynes, which led to another round of "ugly" comments from the troubled ex-starlet) are releasing their first single, the melodic thumper "Light Up the Skies," produced by Tanzer, and available at iTunes.
I spoke with the guys to get the latest on their plans...
