Ann Curry tearfully announced her departure from Today today. Tomorrow? The world!
"We're going to go all over the world and all over this country at a time where this country and this world needs clarity."
That means a new role anchoring prime-time specials and doing reports for Today. Her greatest strength is as a compassionate news reader, so this should be good for her, even if NBC treated her shabbily.
Sharon Chanon Velazquez, one of a group of girls who relentlessly bullied 15-year-old Phoebe Price over a relationship until the girl hanged herself, took to the Today Show to claim she's "not a mean person" and "not a bully." And yet she took a plea deal that likely kept her out of jail.

He continues his hardcore, Orly Taitz-style birther crusade with a Today Show performance that would make Silvio Berlusconi cluck at its circus-like tone.
